Islam Channel, the UK-based TV channel launches the first annual Business Awards 2019 in London, with nominations now opened to 10 business categories across the Muslim Business Sector.
A judging panel made up of industry leading experts will short list the finalists and the winner. To name a few of the highly accredited judges, Mr Sultan Chaudhry OBE, CEO and Director of Al Rayan Bank, Mr Tariq Osmani, CEO of Henley Homes, Mr Stephen Timms, MP and Rabia Bhatti, International Government Consultant.

The Islam Channel Business Awards celebrates the success and achievements of Britain’s Muslim individuals, groups and business people across the UK. It provides a platform for the businesses to shine, gain public recognition and promote their brand.

Islam Channel invites all businesses to share their story and be part of the flagship business awards by submitting their nominations for the most suitable category, with a brief submission as outlined on the website.

Islam Channel welcomes Mr Tariq Usmani as an honoured Judge for the Islam Channel Business Awards 2019. Mr Usmani will be part of the Islam Channel Judging panel held on the 21st January and 18th February 2019.
Tariq Usmani is the CEO and co-founder of the Henley group of companies. He began working in property development in his early twenties and Henley Homes plc was incorporated in February 1999. Under Tariq’s leadership, Henley has been steered successfully through the recent economic downturn.
The awards night will honour the success and achievements of Britain’s Muslim individuals, groups and business people and highlight the significant role Muslims play in contributing to a better Great Britain. With over 800 guests attending, the evening will be a celebration of community and co-operation as well as diversity, along with the evening broadcast live on Islam Channel TV.
